Use the Google Account address present on the device you will use for testing.

I agree to receive the emails required for the beta programme. Required to receive the invitation and test instructions. I would also like to receive LynoTV news (optional). This choice is separate from the test and can be withdrawn at any time.

2. Activate the Google Play test

If selected, open the invitation with the same Google Account.

3. Install and share feedback

Use LynoTV regularly, then tell us what could be improved.

Your 14-day test mission

A few real sessions help us more than a single one-off test.

Install LynoTV from the Google Play beta programme.
Explore the home screen, search and settings.
Test touch or remote-control navigation.
Use more than one screen size if possible.
Report slowdowns, freezes and visual inconsistencies.
Send at least one precise piece of feedback during the test.

Which devices can I test on?

We are looking for varied profiles covering touch and remote-control use.

Google Play beta test

Android phones, Android tablets, Android TV and Google TV.

Separate Fire TV test

Fire TV uses a build distributed outside Google Play. This still helps us, but it does not count towards Google Play tester numbers.

Frequently asked questions

Must I use the same Google Account as on my device?

Yes. The address on the test list must match the Google Account used in the Play Store on the test device.

Will I receive an invitation immediately?

No. We review each application. If your device helps complete the test group, we will then send the access steps.

Why can I not find LynoTV in Google Play search?

A closed-test app is not always searchable. Use the personal link sent after your address has been added to the tester list.

Do I need a LynoTV account?

No. You can test local features without creating a LynoTV account. Some Premium features do require a separate account.

How do I leave the programme?

Your invitation contains a withdrawal link. You can also leave the test from the relevant Google Play page.
