1. STRICT DISCLAIMER: MEDIA PLAYER ONLY
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: LynoTV is strictly a media player software.
- We DO NOT provide, host, sell, or distribute any TV channels, movies, series, broadcasts, or any other form of media content.
- The App is empty upon installation.
- We do not have any affiliations with any third-party IPTV providers or content sellers.
You are solely responsible for adding your own legal content to the App. We do not endorse or control the content provided by users.
2. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
By using LynoTV, you agree NOT to use the App for any unlawful purpose. Specifically, you agree that:
- You will not use the App to stream, download, or distribute copyrighted content without authorization from the rights holder.
- You have the legal right to access and view all content you add to the App.
- You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE YOUR ACCESS IMMEDIATELY IF WE SUSPECT ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT.
3. Intellectual Property
The LynoTV App itself (including the software code, design, interface, and logo) is the property of LynoTV and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. This does not extend to any content you play using the App.
4. Refund Policy
If LynoTV is a paid application or offers in-app purchases: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital product has been downloaded or unlocked, except as required by the applicable store policies (Google Play Store) or consumer protection laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LynoTV and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We specifically disclaim any liability for:
- The quality, legality, or availability of third-party streams or playlists.
- Any data loss or device malfunction resulting from the use of the App.
6. "AS IS" Basis
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
