Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LynoTV website, Android TV, Firestick and mobile application, beta versions, support services and related pages (together, the “Service”). By downloading, installing, accessing or using LynoTV, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use LynoTV.

2. What LynoTV is

LynoTV is a media player designed to allow users to play media sources that they lawfully provide themselves, including compatible M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API details.

LynoTV is not an IPTV provider, broadcaster, content provider, reseller, subscription seller, streaming service, channel provider or content host.

3. What LynoTV does not provide

LynoTV does not provide, sell, rent, resell, distribute, host, control or promote TV channels, movies, series, playlists, IPTV subscriptions, Xtream Codes accounts, copyrighted content or third-party streams.

LynoTV is not affiliated with, endorsed by or responsible for any third-party IPTV provider, playlist provider, broadcaster, right holder, VPN provider, app store or external service unless expressly stated in writing.

Any examples, screenshots, interface labels or documentation are provided for technical explanation only and do not imply that LynoTV supplies any content.

4. User responsibility and lawful sources only

You are solely responsible for the media sources, playlists, URLs, credentials, servers and content that you add to LynoTV.

You must only use LynoTV with content and services that you are legally authorised to access in your country and in the territory where the content is made available.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of LynoTV complies with copyright law, broadcasting rights, licensing terms, subscription terms, applicable laws and third-party rights.

If you are unsure whether you have the right to access or stream specific content, do not add it to LynoTV.

5. Prohibited uses

You must not use LynoTV to access, organise, promote, distribute or facilitate access to unlawful, unauthorised, pirated, counterfeit, infringing or otherwise illegal content.

You must not use LynoTV to violate intellectual property rights, broadcasting rights, privacy rights, security rules, contractual restrictions or applicable laws.

You must not sell, rent, sublicense, redistribute, modify, clone, reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, overload, attack or misuse LynoTV except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.

You must not represent that LynoTV provides IPTV subscriptions, channels, playlists or content.

You must not use LynoTV in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Service, its infrastructure or any third-party service.

6. Licence to use LynoTV

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LynoTV grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to download, install and use the application for lawful personal use.

All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved by LynoTV and its licensors.

7. Beta versions, updates and changes

LynoTV may offer beta, preview or experimental versions. Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, instability or data loss risks and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

We may update, modify, suspend, remove or discontinue any feature of LynoTV at any time, including for security, legal, technical or business reasons.

You are responsible for installing updates where required for security, compatibility or continued operation.

8. Third-party services and providers

Your use of third-party playlists, IPTV providers, Xtream Codes portals, VPN providers, devices, operating systems, app stores, networks and external services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

LynoTV does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, server availability, stream quality, provider downtime, subscription issues, geoblocking, account bans, billing disputes, privacy practices or security incidents involving third-party services.

9. VPN and network features

If LynoTV includes VPN support, network configuration assistance or compatibility with VPN services, those features are provided only as technical privacy, security or connectivity tools.

You must not use any VPN or network feature to violate the law, bypass access restrictions unlawfully, infringe territorial licensing rights, breach third-party terms or access content you are not authorised to access.

LynoTV does not guarantee that any VPN or network configuration will provide access to any specific content, service, territory or provider.

10. Intellectual property

LynoTV, its name, logo, application, website, interface, design, code, documentation, graphics and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to LynoTV or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, create derivative works from or use LynoTV branding without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by law.

11. Privacy

Your use of LynoTV is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: https://lynotv.com/privacy.html.

12. Availability and support

LynoTV is provided with reasonable care but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, compatibility with every device, compatibility with every playlist format or compatibility with every third-party provider.

Support may be provided at our discretion through the contact channels made available on the website or app store listing.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LynoTV is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation or availability of third-party content.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory legal guarantee or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LynoTV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, device issues, provider downtime, unauthorised content access, third-party service failures or claims arising from playlists, streams, accounts or content supplied by you or third parties.

LynoTV remains liable where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including in cases of wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rules.

15. Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to LynoTV, remove features or block abusive use where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with the law, enforce these Terms or prevent misuse.

You may stop using LynoTV at any time and uninstall the application from your device.

16. Abuse, copyright and legal reports

If you believe LynoTV is being misrepresented as a content provider, used to promote illegal content, or if you have a rights-related concern, contact us at: contact@lynotv.com.

Your notice should include sufficient information to identify the issue, the affected rights or content, your contact information and any relevant evidence.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of LynoTV after the update means you accept the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, these Terms do not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of your country of residence.

Before bringing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@lynotv.com so that we can try to resolve the issue amicably.

Subject to mandatory consumer rules, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts determined under applicable procedural rules.
