LynoTV (“LynoTV”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you use our website, our Android TV, Firestick and mobile application, beta versions, support services and related pages (together, the “Service”).
LynoTV is a media player. LynoTV does not provide, host, sell, resell, broadcast or promote TV channels, playlists, subscriptions, movies, series or any other audiovisual content. Users are solely responsible for adding and using their own lawful sources.

2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to the LynoTV website, the LynoTV application, beta testing pages, support communications and technical services used to operate and secure the Service.
This policy does not apply to third-party IPTV providers, playlist hosts, Xtream Codes portals, websites, servers, VPN providers, app stores or services that you choose to use independently of LynoTV. Those third parties have their own privacy practices and legal terms.
3. Data we may process
Information you provide voluntarily: when you contact us, request support, report a bug or send feedback, we may process your name or pseudonym, email address, message content, attachments, technical details you provide and any information included in your request.
Technical and security data: when you visit the website or use the application, we may process IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, device type, operating system, browser or app version, crash reports, diagnostic data, security logs and similar technical data needed to operate, secure and improve the Service.
Application configuration data: LynoTV allows users to enter M3U playlist URLs, Xtream Codes API details and other media source settings. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the application, these settings are intended to be used to connect your device to sources you choose. LynoTV does not host or provide those sources. We do not intentionally collect your playlist content or provider credentials on our own servers unless you voluntarily send them to us for support or unless a clearly identified feature requires such processing.
Usage and performance data: if analytics or crash-reporting tools are enabled, we may process aggregated or pseudonymous information about app performance, feature usage, errors, device model, operating system version and app version to improve stability and user experience.
Cookies and similar technologies: the website may use strictly necessary cookies or local storage for language preferences, security and basic operation. Analytics, advertising or non-essential cookies will only be used where legally permitted and, when required, after your consent.
Google Play and beta testing data: if you install or test LynoTV through Google Play, Google may process certain data under its own policies. We may receive aggregated store, crash, installation or review information made available to developers through Google Play Console.

6. Third-party playlists and IPTV providers
When you add an M3U playlist, Xtream Codes API details or any other media source, your device may connect directly to third-party servers chosen by you. LynoTV is not responsible for the privacy, security, legality, availability or data practices of those third-party providers.
You should review the privacy policy and terms of any IPTV provider, playlist host, VPN provider or external service you use with LynoTV.
7. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies may be used without consent when they are required to provide the service you request, such as storing language preferences, security settings or consent choices.
Non-essential cookies or analytics tools will be used only when legally permitted. Where consent is required, you can accept, refuse or change your preferences through the cookie banner or settings made available on the website.
