1. Zawarcie umowy o użytki

By accessing our website and using the LynoTV application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Oblicze aplikacji iptv

Prezezntujemy oprogramowanie zdolne odtwarzać kodowanie HLS/TS. We do not supply or include any media or content. Users must provide their own content (either local files or through an IPTV service provider) using M3U playlists or Xtream Codes. LynoTV has no affiliation with any third-party content provider and does not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without permission from the copyright holder.

3. Prawa wlasności

The LynoTV website, original content, features, and functionality are owned by LynoTV and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Twój obowiązek

As a user, you agree not to use the application or website for any unlawful purpose. You are solely responsible for the content you view or stream through the LynoTV app and determining the legality of that content in your jurisdiction.

In no event shall LynoTV, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
